private road, sign posted 'Mays Farm & Mays Estate'. 
This is reached from Lower Wick Street.

 After approximately 3 miles, this will take you through the village of Chalvington.
 Stay on this road for another mile and you will find the Mays Farm turning on your right.

 A22 from Hailsham: Turn left at the bathroom showroom (Metamorphosis), drive through
 Upper Dicker and past St Bedes School, then after approximately 1 mile turn right,
 signposted Chalvington & Laughton. The Mays Farm turning is then half a mile on your left.
